Sodium chloride evaporator is an important processing bank in China. Chromium-containing wastewater is the main source of electroplating wastewater. The composition of chromium-containing electroplating wastewater is very complex. Many substances are first-class pollutants. Discharge without treatment will lead to the surrounding environment. And cause serious ecological damage.


2. How to use sodium chloride evaporator to treat wastewater
Technically, the wastewater produced by sodium chloride evaporator can be divided into four types of electroplating wastewater: pretreatment water, coating rinsing wastewater, post-treatment wastewater, waste electroplating solution and waste stripping solution. The main source of electroplating wastewater is the wastewater discharged from the electroplating workshop, such as the washing wastewater in the pretreatment production and the washing wastewater in the electroplating parts.


3. Treatment method of sodium chloride evaporator
In the sodium chloride evaporator industry, there are three common treatment methods, namely electrolysis, biological and evaporation.
1. Electrolysis. Electrolysis method utilizes the electrochemical characteristics of metal ions in electroplating wastewater. The pollutants can be oxidized and reduced to harmless substances on the anode and cathode, or insoluble precipitation can be produced, and then removed. Electroplating wastewater treatment method does not need high wastewater diversion without wastewater diversion.
2. Biological methods. Biological methods rely on artificially cultivated functional bacteria, and use the electrostatic adsorption of microorganisms for catalytic transformation and flocculation. This method has good effluent quality and can recover useful substances.
3. Evaporation concentration method. Evaporation concentration method is a treatment method that uses sodium chloride evaporator to treat wastewater to achieve liquid concentration and reuse. It is most suitable for wastewater containing high concentration of heavy metals. Evaporation and concentration treatment method can effectively recover heavy metals in wastewater with low energy consumption and simple and mature technology, which can effectively realize the recovery and utilization of wastewater.
