Plate Heat Exchanger

Plate heat exchanger is a new type of high efficiency heat exchanger composed of a series of corrugated metal sheets. A thin rectangular channel is formed between various plates, through which heat is exchanged. Plate heat exchanger is the ideal equipment for liquid - liquid, liquid - steam heat exchange. It has the advantages of high heat exchange efficiency, small heat loss, compact and lightweight structure, small land area, convenient installation and cleaning, wide application, long service life and so on. Under the same pressure loss condition, its heat transfer coefficient is 3-5 times higher than the tube heat exchanger, covers an area of one third of the tube heat exchanger, the heat recovery can be up to more than 90%.
